Data and consent

Where candidate data lives, and for how long

Storage
Recordings are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. Only the signed-in employer who created the link can open them.
Retention
Submitted interviews are deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete any interview sooner.
Consent
Candidates see what is recorded and who can open it before question one. Consent is recorded before anything is submitted to you.
Legal alignment
Consent, purpose limitation and automatic deletion are designed to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Candidates can ask you to delete their interview at any time, in line with GDPR data subject rights.
