Questions and answers

What counts as a practice interview?

One session of up to 8 questions for one role or job advert, with one retry per question. It counts once you submit your first answer.

What if I stop half-way?

Come back any time before your pack ends. It still counts as one interview.

When does my pack start and end?

On the day you pay. You see the exact end date before you pay.

What happens when my pack expires?

Unused interviews lapse. Your saved feedback and reports stay in your account.

I used Muqabala before 26 September 2026. What do I keep?

Every account verified before 26 September 2026 gets one free full practice interview, valid for 30 days from 26 September 2026. Your past reports stay in your account.

Can I get a refund?

Packs are final once paid, so choose the size you need. If a fault on our side stops you using your pack, contact us and we will restore your interviews or refund you.
